4. Config Data Accuracy

DutyScope maintains a config engine of EPR rules, PRO registrations, fee schedules, and reporting cadences. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this data current (with tracked review dates and source links), EPR regulations are subject to frequent change at both EU and national levels. The config freshness dashboard shows when each data point was last reviewed, but we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy at any given moment.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of product and material data you enter
• Registering with the appropriate PROs
• Submitting declarations and reports to the relevant authorities
• Paying PRO fees and meeting all regulatory deadlines
• Appointing an Authorised Representative if required (non-EU producers)
